Review: 2 States: The Story of My Marriage

2 States: The Story of My Marriage 2 States: The Story of My Marriage by Chetan Bhagat
My rating: 4 of 5 stars

Bhagat's a natural story-teller and this a well-crafted allegory that propels the message of love and marriage.

We seek the approval of others to get a go for a marriage certificate in today's society. If there is love then there shouldn't be a need to get any approval.

PS
The movie was also good.

Review: Petals on the Wind

Petals on the Wind Petals on the Wind by V.C. Andrews
My rating: 4 of 5 stars

A blunt sword piercing the heart would be less painful than a mother abandoning her own children.

Andrew's work has and will live on forever in the minds of her readers.

Review: The Martian

The Martian The Martian by Andy Weir
My rating: 4 of 5 stars

I was engrossed into this book from the first chapter. My attention was hooked as if it was me instead of Mark Whatney trying to use his botanical powers to grow potatoes on Mars.
I couldn't imagine how much effort was put in by Weir to get the book where it is now.
Andy Weir has made a place in my little bookshelf.

Throughout the book, you'll be contemplating and turning pages with a lump of dry air down your throat. It's that good.

Review: Origin

Origin Origin by Dan Brown
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

I picked up this (5TH) in the installment. Now I'd have to retrace the other four in the Robert Langdon series.

Dan Brown the author of The Da Vinci Code comes up with one of his finest series.

This is not a book. It's a masterpiece sweetened with a ton of twists and self-evoking dilemmas.
